Fawry, Egypt’s leading fintech company, has entered a strategic partnership with Wadi Degla Developments to launch integrated digital payment solutions for the real estate sector. The agreement will enable Wadi Degla customers to make secure transactions through Fawry’s online payment gateway and POS network, marking a major milestone in Egypt’s real estate digitization journey.
The collaboration, announced in Cairo, aims to simplify and accelerate all payment processes for Wadi Degla’s residential and commercial clients, enhancing customer experience and supporting Egypt’s national digital transformation agenda. Beyond payments, the partnership will also introduce value-added services such as the Fawry Business Corporate Card and digital loyalty programs—bridging fintech innovation with property services.
Heba El Awady, Chief Business Officer at Fawry, said the partnership reinforces Fawry’s mission to expand digital transformation across Egypt’s key industries: “We are empowering developers to offer integrated, modern payment services that match the growing demand for digitization.”
Raymond Ahdy, CEO of Wadi Degla Developments, highlighted the company’s goal to embrace Egypt’s shift toward a cashless economy, noting that over 76% of young consumers now prefer digital payments. “Our collaboration with Fawry supports our vision of building connected, sustainable communities,” he added.
Aligned with Egypt’s Vision 2030, the partnership strengthens Fawry’s position as a trusted technology partner and accelerates the adoption of digital ecosystems in the real estate market, fostering transparency, efficiency, and customer trust.
