Rabat — November 6, 2025: Maroc Telecom, Morocco’s leading telecommunications provider, has unveiled a striking new red logo and brand identity, marking a historic transformation aligned with the country’s “Digital Morocco 2030” vision and the upcoming rollout of 5G technology.
The rebrand replaces the company’s long-standing blue and orange colors with red, symbolizing national pride, passion, and progress. According to Maroc Telecom, this shift represents a new chapter in its evolution — one driven by innovation, digital inclusion, and a deep connection to Moroccan identity.
The refreshed logo retains the company’s iconic curves but reimagines them in a more fluid, organic form, symbolizing the flow of data, energy, and human connection. The design’s main curve evokes Morocco’s national network — a link between regions, people, and generations — while a lighter secondary curve represents a dynamic signal of growth and change.
To personify this new era, Maroc Telecom has named Yassine Bounou, Morocco’s national football goalkeeper, as its new brand ambassador. Known for his resilience and leadership, Bounou embodies the spirit of ambition, confidence, and unity that the brand seeks to project toward younger generations.
Mohamed Benchaâboun, CEO of Maroc Telecom Group, described the rebrand as both a continuation and a leap forward:
“Changing our visual identity marks a new stage in Maroc Telecom’s history. It reflects our journey built on innovation and trust while affirming our openness to the future.”
The company stated that the new identity reaffirms its commitment to national digital transformation, innovation, and customer proximity — connecting territories, empowering communities, and driving Morocco toward a more connected and high-performing digital economy.
