The organisation earned two Gold Awards for Innovative Use of AI in Advertising and Personalisation, alongside Silver Awards for AI-Powered Audience Engagement, AI-Driven Creative Excellence, and Customer Experience & UX Design. It also claimed the prestigious Best Use of AI in Marketing Award.
The recognition follows Visit Qatar’s recent high-impact digital campaigns, including “Qatar Goes WILD! 5M Visitors, No Brakes!” targeting adventure-driven travellers, and “5M Visitors? Qatar Just CHANGED THE GAME!” celebrating record tourism numbers. These campaigns leveraged a sophisticated digital ecosystem built on hyper-personalised messaging, real-time dynamic creative optimisation, and big data analytics to deliver tailored travel experiences.
Visit Qatar partnered with Mindshare Qatar and Smartifai to build and execute these AI-powered strategies, using deep audience insights and real-time engagement technology to elevate performance across global markets.
