First.tech, a global AI-driven group operating across insurtech, fintech and govtech, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Saudi Arabia’s digital solutions provider ELM to accelerate secure, seamless digital connectivity between the UAE and the Kingdom.
The partnership will explore secure data exchange, digital service integration and joint initiatives in insurtech and govtech—aimed at improving access to public and private sector services across borders.
Both organisations will work on solutions that simplify user journeys, enhance business operations, and support national digital transformation agendas in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The collaboration is expected to strengthen regional trade facilitation, ease of doing business and deliver tangible benefits to citizens, residents, visitors and companies.
First.tech’s Chief Strategy Officer Karl Kondal said the agreement marks a major step toward building a connected regional digital ecosystem, stating that the shared goal is to create smarter, more accessible services and unlock new opportunities for innovation.
