HUMAIN and Adobe Partner to Develop Culturally Grounded AI for the Middle East

HUMAIN, a PIF-owned full-stack AI company, and Adobe have announced a major global partnership to build personalised generative AI models and applications deeply rooted in Middle Eastern culture, Saudi heritage, values and religion. The collaboration, revealed at the US-Saudi Investment Forum in Washington, aims to transform how creative intelligence, cultural context and AI infrastructure converge.

The initiative will combine HUMAIN’s Arabic-first LLM “ALLAM,” sovereign cloud and next-generation data centres with Adobe’s Firefly Foundry models. Together, they will create multimodal generative AI — spanning audio, image, video, 3D and digital twins — developed using authentic datasets sourced from the Arab world. These models will power regionally aligned content across advertising, film, education, gaming, and social media.

Adobe products such as Photoshop, Firefly, Acrobat, Premiere and GenStudio will integrate the new culturally fluent models, while HUMAIN tools like Chat, Create and ONE will incorporate Adobe’s capabilities. Adobe will also become HUMAIN’s first global AI data-centre customer, leveraging its sovereign hyperscale facilities for Firefly inference.

Additionally, HUMAIN and Qualcomm will deploy next-gen Data Center AI solutions using AI200 and AI250 hardware to run advanced image and video diffusion models at scale, enabling real-time, ultra-low-latency creative generation.

Leaders from all three companies emphasised the project’s role in redefining creative AI for the region, blending cultural authenticity with world-class innovation, and setting new global standards for AI-powered content creation.
