Algerie Telecom has rolled out a new incentive-based referral program through its My Idoom app, designed to reward loyal customers while attracting new subscribers to its Fiber To The Home (FTTH) services.
Under the scheme, existing customers can invite others to join Algerie Telecom. For every successful referral, the referring user receives 10 days of free internet at speeds up to 1.5 Gbps, while the new subscriber enjoys boosted speeds during their first month.
To qualify, the referrer must have an active My Idoom account with a positive balance, and the referred user must be a new, eligible FTTH customer. The process is straightforward: generate a referral code, share it, and once the new account is activated at a commercial agency, both parties automatically receive their benefits.
The company noted that the initiative strengthens customer loyalty, enhances digital experience, and accelerates the nationwide expansion of fiber optic services, aiming to deliver faster, more reliable connectivity for all users.
