OCP Group has partnered with Mistral AI under its Bionic program to embed agentic AI, generative AI, and autonomous systems into the core operations of its Rock Solutions Strategic Business Unit, shifting from volume-driven operations to value-focused solutions across the phosphate value chain.
A central element of the collaboration is the creation of an Independent Judge model that evaluates, governs, and validates AI agents developed within the program, ensuring AI-driven decisions remain trustworthy, compliant, and scalable in critical operations.
OCP is also deploying a proprietary AI model tailored to its ecosystem to optimize processes across the phosphate supply chain and deliver customized solutions to industrial and agricultural clients worldwide.
