Center3 has signed a strategic colocation agreement with Sahara Net, enabling Sahara Net to deploy dedicated hosting services within Center3’s data center facilities across the Kingdom. The partnership aims to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s digital infrastructure by expanding high-quality, scalable hosting capabilities.
Fahad AlHajeri, CEO of Center3, said the collaboration underscores the company’s commitment to building an open, interconnected digital ecosystem that supports service providers as they scale and innovate. Center3, formed in 2022 under the stc Group, currently operates and develops around 20 data centers across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, and maintains capacity across 16 subsea cables. The company targets 300MW of installed capacity by 2027 and 1GW by 2030.
Sahara Net CEO Haitham Bu Aisha said the partnership will enhance Sahara Net’s ability to deliver secure, reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions. Founded in 1989, Sahara Net provides connectivity, cloud, hosting, cybersecurity and colocation services, with facilities in Riyadh and Dammam. The agreement supports the company’s mission to empower organizations through technology and aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives for a digitally advanced economy.
Center3’s facilities also serve major global customers, including Oracle, Zoom and Huawei, and the company has recently announced partnerships with Humain and DataVolt as part of its broader expansion strategy.
