CEO Dr. Moataz Bin Ali confirmed that Magna AI is building secure, sovereign-ready, enterprise-scale AI systems designed to operate across high-impact national sectors. The company’s model integrates advisory, infrastructure, system integration, lifecycle management, and production-ready AI applications, all reinforced with cybersecurity and compliance aligned with Saudi data-sovereignty laws.
Magna AI’s expansion follows its formal introduction to the region earlier this year, after Trend Micro and Wistron partnered to create a full-service AI ecosystem spanning infrastructure, applications, and operational services. The company has since taken part in major regional initiatives, including a $300 million alliance with TechnoVal to build a joint AI and cloud data center in Saudi Arabia — a platform that will support public and private workloads with strong governance and cross-border AI computing capabilities.
Internationally, Magna AI is also contributing to the $500 million GMI Cloud Taiwan AI Factory, powered by 7,000 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs, advancing sovereign, high-density AI compute across Asia.
Dr. Bin Ali said Saudi Arabia’s rapid AI readiness, advanced regulatory frameworks, and national investment momentum made it the natural location for Magna AI’s Global Operations Hub. The company’s signature approach — the AI Transformation Factory — integrates the entire AI value chain into one platform, helping enterprises deploy large-scale AI systems with governance, control, and regulatory compliance.
