NBB and Batelco by Beyon Sign MoU to Advance Integrated Retail and Loyalty Services

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) and Batelco by Beyon have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to explore strategic collaboration across their retail and loyalty ecosystems. The partnership aims to elevate customer engagement and expand the range of value-added services accessible to both institutions’ customers.

Under the agreement, NBB and Batelco will assess opportunities to align their loyalty programmes, introduce bundled offerings, and create integrated digital experiences that deliver greater convenience. The collaboration aims to connect both companies’ digital platforms, enabling tailored offers and a more seamless customer journey.

Subah Abdullatif Al Zayani, Chief Executive of Retail Banking at NBB, highlighted that the partnership reflects a shared vision to redefine customer experiences through innovation and support Bahrain’s move toward a fully connected digital future. Aseel Mattar, GM Consumer at Batelco, added that the agreement strengthens joint efforts to deliver easier, smarter retail offerings designed around evolving consumer lifestyles.
