The Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance (BIBF) has signed a strategic agreement with BENEFIT Company to develop and deliver a self-paced e-learning programme in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) for BENEFIT’s employees. The initiative is designed to strengthen compliance awareness, enhance regulatory readiness, and align workforce skills with global best practices in financial crime prevention.
Under the agreement, BIBF will design a comprehensive digital AML training programme tailored specifically to BENEFIT’s operational environment and regulatory requirements. The programme will offer an interactive learning experience that enables employees to identify AML risks, apply internal policies effectively, and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Training will be delivered through BIBF’s digital learning platform, allowing employees to complete the programme at their own pace. The platform will also support performance tracking and reporting to ensure compliance monitoring and continuous improvement.
The initiative forms part of Bahrain’s broader efforts to strengthen human capital in the financial sector and reinforce the resilience of the national financial system. It reflects the shared commitment of both BIBF and BENEFIT to building a well-regulated, future-ready financial ecosystem.
