Nawy Launches +Partners Platform to Strengthen Real Estate Brokerage in Egypt

Nawy Partners has unveiled its new +Partners platform at the 2025 annual conference, “Nawy Partners ’25 | The Future of Real Estate in Egypt.” The enhanced model is built to support real estate brokers with integrated technology, improved financial tools, and advanced marketing capabilities designed to meet the demands of Egypt’s rapidly evolving property market.

The platform streamlines daily brokerage operations, enhances commission management, and equips partners with resources that boost productivity and sales performance. Nawy also revealed that its brokerage network has expanded to over 6,500 companies, solidifying its role as one of Egypt’s largest broker-support ecosystems.

Co-founder and CEO Mustafa Beltagy highlighted that the new model directly addresses the challenges brokers face on the ground, offering practical, efficiency-driven solutions. The conference featured two panel discussions: one on shifting buyer behaviour and 2025–2026 market trends, and another on developer strategies, flexible payment plans, and improving alignment between brokers and property developers.

The event also introduced Nawy Now, a tool designed to accelerate property transactions through partner incentives, flexible financing, and greater transparency for buyers. Looking ahead, Nawy Partners plans to expand regionally in 2026, launch new PropTech innovations, and introduce additional services to help brokers operate more efficiently and strengthen their competitive edge.
