Rqeem and Torry Harris Launch AI-Powered Marketplace to Accelerate Saudi Industrial Growth

Rqeem for Smart Solutions, the digital arm of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, has signed a landmark MoU with Torry Harris Business Solutions to launch an AI-powered digital marketplace in Riyadh aimed at accelerating Saudi Arabia’s industrial transformation. Announced during the “Industrial Transformation of Saudi Arabia” event, the initiative will create a government-backed digital ecosystem connecting SMEs, large industrial players, and global investors through a single intelligent platform.

Under the agreement, Torry Harris will serve as Rqeem’s digital transformation partner, delivering a configurable, white-label marketplace powered by AI and API-led integration. The platform will match industrial supply and demand in real time, opening access to advanced digital capabilities that were previously limited to large enterprises, while directly supporting the Ministry of Industry’s Vision 2030 objectives.

The marketplace positions Rqeem as RCJY’s innovation enabler, focused on closing the SME technology gap, building AI-driven network-effect ecosystems, and creating a 24/7 digital gateway for global investment into Saudi industrial clusters. Investors will be able to search, filter, and algorithmically match with qualified Saudi partners for joint ventures, technology collaboration, and specialised industrial services from anywhere in the world.

For local SMEs, the platform offers a trusted, government-backed space to showcase capabilities, gain visibility, and connect with larger manufacturers. As participation grows, network effects are expected to continuously improve matchmaking quality, strengthen competitiveness, and attract new industrial investment into the Kingdom.
