App Launched to Integrate Oman’s Electric Vehicle Infrastructure

Muscat AI Solutions has launched EV Group, a digital platform designed to integrate and streamline Oman’s electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem. Available for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play, the app provides smart charging services, EV trip planning, a digital marketplace, and charging-as-a-service solutions for businesses.

Billed as a first-of-its-kind platform in the Sultanate, EV Group enables EV owners to locate charging stations across Oman with real-time status updates, including availability, connector types, and pricing. The app also supports long-distance travel planning by suggesting optimal charging stops to ensure seamless journeys.

EV Group includes an e-marketplace where individuals, dealerships, and local vendors can list EVs, accessories, insurance offers, and maintenance services at no cost. The platform aims to support local businesses while giving users a centralised space to buy, sell, and access EV-related services.

Hussain Al Lawati, CEO of Muscat AI Solutions, said the app was developed to address real challenges faced by EV owners, including fragmented service providers, limited charger visibility, and the lack of a unified support ecosystem. He noted that EV Group complements the government’s upcoming Shahin EV infrastructure app by focusing on user experience, multi-provider integration, and community engagement.
