Kazakhstan and Oman Deepen Strategic Partnership Through High-Level Dialogue in Muscat

The Kazakh Embassy in Muscat hosted a high-level roundtable to review Kazakhstan’s socio-economic progress in 2025 and the strengthening of strategic cooperation with Oman. Ambassador Aidarbek Tumatov briefed Omani experts on the key themes of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s State of the Nation Address, which focuses on artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and building a “Fair, Strong, and Digital Kazakhstan.”

During the session, the ambassador outlined Kazakhstan’s socio-economic performance over the first ten months of the year, highlighting advances in digital transformation, manufacturing, agro-industry, infrastructure, and investor protection. He also presented Kazakhstan’s tourism potential and identified opportunities to expand bilateral cooperation with Oman across economic, investment, cultural, and humanitarian sectors.

The discussion also reviewed the progress of Kazakhstan-Oman relations in 2025, noting intensified political dialogue and closer economic engagement. The roundtable concluded with an exchange of views on future cooperation priorities and shared development goals between the two countries.
