Orange Jordan has achieved the highest overall score in the 2025 Mobile Data Services Benchmarking and Optimization (DSBO) Test, according to results released by Commsquare, a specialist in mobile network performance monitoring and optimization.
The nationwide measurement campaign used vehicles equipped with advanced Rohde & Schwarz testing equipment and smartphones installed inside the cars to simulate real-world, in-motion network performance. Tests were conducted across major and smaller cities as well as the highways connecting them, covering nearly 8,000 kilometers. Throughout the drive tests, both voice calls and data services were evaluated.
Orange Jordan said the result reflects its continued commitment to delivering the best communication and internet services across the Kingdom. The company noted that the recognition serves as motivation to further enhance its network and digital offerings in line with global standards and evolving customer expectations.
Based on the scoring methodology aligned with the European ETSI TR 103 559 standard, Orange Jordan achieved the top score in both mobile voice and mobile data performance. The outcome highlights the operator’s progress in network quality, reliability, and overall user experience.
With more than 1,800 employees and nearly 300 shops and service points nationwide, Orange Jordan serves around 4.6 million customers with mobile, fixed, internet, data, and Smart Life solutions. As part of the Orange Global Group, the company continues to support Jordan’s national digital transformation agenda under the Group’s “Lead the Future” strategy.
