Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Economy and Planning has announced plans to launch an AI-enabled matchmaking partnership network, SUSTAIN, designed to strengthen cross-sector collaboration and accelerate the delivery of sustainable development initiatives across the kingdom.
The platform’s beta version will be launched later this year, ministry officials revealed on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting during a NextOn talk at Saudi House in Davos.
Developed in collaboration with the World Economic Forum and Bain & Company, SUSTAIN will support Saudi Arabia’s objectives around sustainable growth, economic diversification, and long-term development outcomes.
SUSTAIN translates the kingdom’s public- and private-sector coordination mandate into a practical national tool. It will enable government entities, businesses, investors, academia, and civil society to identify credible partners, form trusted coalitions, and move initiatives from planning to implementation more efficiently.
The platform addresses a major global challenge, as fragmented partnership opportunities across institutions and sectors often slow delivery and limit impact.
