eYouth debuts Arabic digital learning platform with Iraq Expansion

eYouth, the Egyptian-founded regional edtech company and one of the Middle East and Africa’s leading digital learning platforms, has announced its expansion into Iraq through the launch of eYouth Iraq and the country’s first Arabic-language digital learning platform dedicated to labor market–aligned skills development. The expansion is being carried out in partnership with Al-Majal Group, one of Iraq’s leading private-sector conglomerates.

Founded in 2016, eYouth has grown into a regional edtech leader, delivering accessible, high-quality, and customized learning solutions. The company now serves more than four million learners across 21 countries, with strong footprints in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

The partnership marks a major milestone in strengthening workforce readiness in Iraq. The new platform will deliver high-impact training programs aligned with the needs of key economic sectors and tailored to the realities of the local labor market. It will target Iraqi youth, fresh graduates, and experienced professionals seeking to upskill and remain competitive in a rapidly evolving economy.

Under the collaboration, eYouth will contribute its expertise in digital learning, workforce training, and professional development, while Al-Majal Group will provide deep market insight and access to its extensive private-sector network. eYouth Iraq will also work closely with relevant government entities, ministries, and public institutions, alongside employers, to ensure that training programs align with national priorities and real hiring demand.

The platform will deliver Arabic-first educational content built to international quality standards, ensuring accessibility while adhering to global best practices in curriculum design, digital delivery, and learning outcomes. Beyond technical skills, the initiative will emphasize employability, practical application, and direct linkage to employer needs.

Engineer Mustafa Abd Ellatif, Co-Founder and CEO of eYouth, said the launch represents a strategic step toward building a sustainable talent ecosystem in Iraq. He noted that the goal is to connect education directly with labor market realities, empowering Iraqi youth with future-ready skills and opening pathways to meaningful employment.

Ali Agha Jaffar, Chairman and CEO of Al-Majal Group, said human capital development is central to Iraq’s long-term growth and resilience. He added that the partnership reflects a commitment to delivering accessible, high-quality education that responds to employer needs and creates lasting value for individuals, businesses, and the national economy.

The initiative supports broader efforts to strengthen local talent pipelines, enhance private-sector competitiveness, and contribute to Iraq’s economic and social development through scalable, modern education. The platform will roll out in phases throughout 2026, with programs expanding across multiple sectors and regions.
