Abderahmane Boucetta is an Algerian entrepreneur based in Tokyo, Japan, where he founded and leads DataInsta, a digital platform dedicated to connecting companies with specialists in artificial intelligence and data science.
Launched in Tokyo in 2024, DataInsta enables organisations to rapidly access qualified professionals for projects involving AI, data analytics and related technologies. Companies can hire a single expert or assemble complete project teams depending on their operational needs. Every specialist on the platform is rigorously vetted to ensure high technical competence and professional experience.
Beyond talent matching, DataInsta offers a structured suite of tools and services branded InstaAgents. This allows clients to move beyond simple recruitment and deploy AI-based solutions more quickly and efficiently within their organisations.
The platform also serves as a professional hub for freelancers. Independent experts can create profiles, highlight their skills, and connect directly with companies seeking targeted expertise. DataInsta’s goal is to simplify access to AI and data capabilities for businesses of all sizes and across multiple sectors.
Alongside DataInsta, Boucetta founded Boutique Boost, a digital marketing agency focused on fashion brands, in 2019. His entrepreneurial journey began earlier in 2015 with Kaayn, a classified advertising platform offering promotional and sales services to businesses and individuals.
Boucetta holds a degree in nuclear engineering from Ferhat Abbas University in Sétif, earned in 2011. He later obtained a master’s degree in materials science in 2013 from the University of Science and Technology of Oran Mohamed Boudiaf, followed by a PhD in science and engineering in 2016 from Hirosaki University in Japan.
In 2016, he became head of research and development at SEAVAC, an international surface treatment services company. He joined Italian fashion brand PINKO in 2020 as a media buyer, then moved to Amazon in 2021 as a marketing and advertising specialist. He later served as head of B2C growth marketing at PlusOne, a mixed reality and AI firm, and from 2022 to 2023 worked as marketing lead at CoA Nexus, a technology company specialising in the recruitment of scientific researchers.
