NavaNexa Tech has launched NChat, described as Nepal’s first communication-first super app, built locally over 11 months and now available on iOS and Android for users in Nepal and abroad.
Designed around the CPS model — Communication, Payments, and Services — NChat allows users to message, make voice and video calls, send voice notes, and use real-time translation. From within these conversations, users can make payments, shop, book services, and complete everyday tasks without leaving the app.
The platform emphasizes accessibility, offering English-Nepali translation, text-to-audio, and voice-to-text features to support users across age groups, including seniors and those less comfortable with typing or reading.
A standout feature is its mini-app ecosystem, where startups and small businesses can create simple pages or mini apps using a drag-and-drop interface—without coding—to sell products and interact directly with customers.
