Launched in March 2025 under the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, Pakistan’s Digital Youth Hub (DYH) has registered more than 712,000 users, using AI to connect young people with 93,000 local and 100,000 international job opportunities, alongside education and entrepreneurship resources.
Built by the National IT Board with UNICEF as a strategic partner, the platform integrates the National Jobs Portal and youth loan schemes into a single dashboard where users can track applications for jobs, scholarships, courses, and business financing.
Structured around the 4Es framework — Education, Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Engagement & Environment — DYH offers access to internships, scholarships, loans up to Rs. 7.5 million, volunteer programs, sports initiatives, and environmental activities.
