Maroc Telecom waives February bills for Ksar El Kebir flood victims

Maroc Telecom has announced that it will waive February service bills for customers in the city of Ksar El Kebir following severe floods that caused damage to infrastructure and homes.

The operator confirmed that the measure covers high-speed internet services (ADSL), fixed-line telephone connections, and fibre-optic subscriptions. The initiative aims to ease the financial pressure on families and businesses affected by the recent flooding.

According to the company, the decision reflects its commitment to social responsibility and solidarity with communities facing difficult circumstances.

Maroc Telecom also stated that its technical teams have been deployed to affected areas to restore network stability and repair infrastructure damaged by the extreme weather conditions.
