UAE’s e& announces special offers for customers affected by regional conflict

UAE telecom operator e& has introduced special roaming support measures for customers in Middle Eastern countries affected by the ongoing regional conflict, offering additional connectivity benefits to help users stay in touch during the disruption.

The company announced 25GB of free roaming data for eligible customers, available until March 9, alongside an increase in the limit for incoming roaming calls. The cap for incoming calls has been raised from 30 minutes to 60 minutes for calls received during the support period.

Outgoing roaming calls will continue to be available without any cap on minutes, according to the company. These calls include connections made to UAE numbers and to numbers belonging to operators within the affected countries.

The special measures apply to both individual and business mobile customers traveling across several countries impacted by the regional developments, including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan and Iraq.

The initiative forms part of e&’s broader effort to ensure connectivity continuity for customers during times of crisis, allowing users abroad to remain connected with family members, businesses and emergency services.

The announcement comes as e& continues to strengthen its market position. In 2025, the group reported record revenues of Dh72.9 billion, representing a 23% increase year-on-year, while net profit reached Dh14.4 billion, up 34% compared with the previous year.

According to Brand Finance, e&’s brand value increased by 7% to $16.4 billion (Dh60.2 billion), reinforcing its position as the second most valuable telecom brand in the region. The company also climbed two places globally to become the 14th strongest telecom brand worldwide.
