Qatar: MoL Offers 325 Digital Services, Records 250,000 Transactions in February

Qatar’s Ministry of Labour (MoL) has strengthened its digital transformation efforts through its Integrated Digital Gateway, which now provides more than 325 digital services to employers and workers across the country.

According to the ministry, the platform recorded over 250,000 transactions in February alone, reflecting the increasing reliance on digital government services and the growing adoption of online solutions that enable users to complete procedures quickly and efficiently.

The Integrated Digital Gateway is a key component of the ministry’s strategy to modernize service delivery and improve accessibility. Through the platform, employers and employees can complete a wide range of labour-related transactions online without the need to visit service centers in person.

The initiative is designed to streamline administrative processes, reduce waiting times, and enhance the overall user experience. Officials noted that the platform allows users to complete transactions securely through the ministry’s official website, offering a centralized system that supports both businesses and workers in managing labour procedures with greater ease and flexibility.

The ministry highlighted that the availability of more than 325 digital services demonstrates the scale and capability of the platform. These services cover a broad range of administrative processes, enabling users to conduct transactions remotely while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

In addition, the digital services are available around the clock, allowing employers and workers to access them 24 hours a day, seven days a week through computers or mobile devices.
