Nokia and Turkcell have successfully completed a major project to enhance fixed broadband performance in Türkiye, using AI-driven analytics to shift toward proactive and data-driven network management.
The initiative, launched in early 2025, provides end-to-end visibility across Turkcell’s fixed network—from access infrastructure to in-home connectivity—serving over 3 million customers. By leveraging AI-powered automation, the system can detect and resolve potential issues before they impact users, significantly improving service continuity.
At the core of the solution is a large-scale analytics platform that processes data from approximately 15 million connected devices on an hourly basis. This enables near real-time monitoring of network performance, reducing outages and allowing faster, more accurate interventions.
Built on a cloud-native architecture, Nokia’s solution is designed for scalability and resilience, laying the groundwork for future autonomous and cognitive network operations.
The collaboration reflects the growing importance of fixed broadband in supporting remote work, digital services, and the broader digital economy. Turkcell emphasized that proactive maintenance and enhanced network intelligence will lead to higher customer satisfaction and more seamless connectivity experiences.
The project positions Turkcell at the forefront of AI-driven telecom operations, while reinforcing Nokia’s role in advancing next-generation network intelligence.
