SLT-Mobitel emerged as a winner at the recently held National Best Quality ICT Awards (NBQSA) 2024, which took place at Monarch Imperial, Kotte. The company’s dedication to innovation was recognized with three prestigious awards across various categories, showcasing its commitment to advancing technological solutions in multiple sectors.
The “SenseGrid IoT Solution,” developed by The Embryo Innovation Team, won a Silver award in the Industrial – Manufacturing category. This solution helps the manufacturing industry optimize production processes by enabling real-time data collection and analysis.
In the Sustainability & Environment category, SLT-Mobitel’s “Energen,” created by the Digital Projects Team, received a Bronze award. This initiative focuses on promoting energy efficiency, helping organizations make informed decisions to address environmental concerns.
Finally, “AkazaHR,” developed by the Enterprise Digital Products Team in partnership with PeoplesHR, earned a Merit award in the ICT Service Solutions category. This solution streamlines human resource management, enhancing the employee experience and improving organizational efficiency.
The awards were accepted by several SLT-Mobitel officials, including Deputy Chief Officer – Innovation M.I. Deen, General Manager – Digital Transformation Projects Ishari Siriwardane, General Manager – Enterprise and SME Products Selvendiran Vidyapan, and others at the NBQSA 2024 ceremony.
