e& Joins Aduna as an Equity Partner to Strengthen Global Network API Ecosystem

Aduna, a significant venture involving leading telecom operators and Ericsson, has announced the addition of global technology group e& as an equity partner. The partnership was revealed by e& Group CEO Hatem Dowidar at Mobile World Congress 2025 in Barcelona.

This collaboration allows e& to integrate its network Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) across its operations in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Central and Eastern Europe into Aduna’s rapidly growing global platform. With operations across 20 countries, e& will extend Aduna’s reach in emerging markets, reinforcing its vision of accelerating the global adoption and innovation of network APIs by developers.

Through its involvement in Aduna, e& will provide developers access to standardized network features, improving quality of service, fraud prevention, security, and monetization. Harrison Lung, e&’s Group Chief Strategy Officer, expressed excitement about exploring this new business model with Ericsson and other telecom operators, emphasizing the potential for digital transformation across industries.

Anthony Bartolo, CEO of Aduna, welcomed e& as an essential partner, highlighting the valuable insights and opportunities that e&’s strong market presence across 20 countries will bring to the ecosystem. The expanding Aduna platform now includes some of the world’s leading telecom operators and offers network APIs to a wide range of developer platforms, including hyperscalers, communications platform providers, system integrators, and independent software vendors. The transaction is expected to close later this year, pending regulatory approvals.
