The Drect app is designed to simplify healthcare access, allowing users to easily book and manage medical services with just a few taps. Patients will have 24/7 access to doctors, pediatricians, and dentists, with an average arrival time of 30 minutes. The app uses GPS technology for tracking medical teams and features a secure storage system for blood test results, prescriptions, and invoices.
In a move to enhance convenience, tourists visiting the region can scan a QR code in their hotel rooms and request a doctor in just two clicks, ensuring peace of mind during their travels. Additionally, the app integrates Health Chat and Teleconsultation, further supporting the company’s vision of making high-quality healthcare accessible and convenient.
