The Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), in collaboration with the National Telecommunication Institute (NTI), has launched a comprehensive summer training program aimed at equipping young graduates with advanced digital skills and global-standard training.
As part of the initiative, dedicated teams conduct regular site visits to monitor sessions, ensuring the quality of both training content and delivery. The program is structured to enhance participants’ practical experience while aligning with industry requirements for future employment.
So far, the program has successfully trained 3,135 graduates, with more than 4,500 trainees currently enrolled. Looking ahead, ITIDA and NTI plan to extend training opportunities to an additional 3,000 participants next month, further scaling the initiative’s impact on Egypt’s growing digital workforce.
