ADN Telecom Limited has entered into strategic agreements with South Korea’s PBS Co Ltd and CND Motors Co Ltd to advance sustainable infrastructure, renewable energy, and smart mobility initiatives in Bangladesh.
The MoUs cover three major projects: the assembly and supply of electric three-wheelers, deployment of intelligent traffic management and AI-driven traffic signal solutions, and a nationwide solar streetlight installation program. These initiatives are designed to accelerate Bangladesh’s technological growth while supporting the country’s sustainability agenda.
According to ADN, preliminary steps will focus on establishing assembly facilities and implementing sustainable technology projects, particularly within the country’s Hi-Tech Parks. The Korean partners will contribute advanced technology, equipment, and technical expertise, while ADN will lead project execution and market development.
The collaborations will be structured through joint ventures established in Bangladesh, with an emphasis on technology transfer, local job creation, and long-term operational sustainability.
