Magna AI, a global AI transformation firm powered by NVIDIA technologies and backed by Trend Micro and Wistron Digital Technology Holding Company (WDH), has announced a $300 million strategic alliance with TechnoVal, an SAP Gold Partner and leading digital transformation enabler in the MENA region.
The memorandum of understanding (MoU), signed at GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai, marks a significant step toward industrial and digital transformation across the Middle East, Africa, and beyond. The partnership aims to combine Magna AI’s global expertise in AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity with TechnoVal’s strong regional presence in ERP and managed services.
A key highlight of the alliance is the planned development of a sovereign-ready joint AI and Cloud Data Center in Saudi Arabia, designed to host public and private sector workloads securely. This facility will become a trusted regional hub for AI computing, data governance, and cross-border digital performance.
The initiative will also transform TechnoVal’s parent companies, HSA and OMACO Groups—operating across FMCG, packaging, logistics, manufacturing, and food processing—into AI-powered industrial leaders. These enterprises will serve as global benchmarks for AI-enabled operations, embedding intelligence, automation, and predictive optimization throughout their value chains.
Expanding beyond the industrial sector, the alliance will extend its impact to finance, energy, healthcare, construction, and smart city development, accelerating regional AI adoption. Magna AI’s integration within TechnoVal’s SAP ecosystem will enhance platforms like S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and SAC with predictive analytics, automation, and AI copilots. Additionally, Magna AI’s cybersecurity innovations, including advanced SIEM and Cybersecurity Digital Twin technologies, will bolster TechnoVal’s defenses against evolving threats.
Dr. Moataz BinAli, CEO of Magna AI, stated, “This alliance represents the fusion of global AI power with regional excellence. Together with TechnoVal, we are building the foundation of an AI-enabled economy focused on sovereignty, security, and sustainable growth.”
Basim Ibrahim Hayel Saeed, Chairman of TechnoVal, added, “Partnering with Magna AI allows us to lead the next industrial evolution, empowering our clients to achieve measurable outcomes through intelligence and automation.”
The collaboration also includes a joint go-to-market strategy, ecosystem enablement initiatives, and a shared knowledge program to promote sustainable, measurable AI deployments that set new benchmarks for innovation across the MENA region.
