Bahrain’s Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, met with Malta’s Minister for the Economy, Enterprise and Strategic Projects, Silvio Schembri, to strengthen bilateral ties and expand collaboration between the two nations.
The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation in transportation and telecommunications, exploring shared investment opportunities, and exchanging expertise to advance mutual interests.
Dr. Al Khalifa highlighted Bahrain’s commitment to deepening cooperation with Malta, especially in digital transformation and transport infrastructure development. Schembri welcomed the expanding partnership and expressed Malta’s interest in pursuing joint initiatives that drive economic growth for both countries.
