Kalimna has introduced its new mobile companion app for iOS and Android, giving executives and operations teams in the GCC region real-time visibility into their Arabic AI phone agents. The app connects directly to a company’s Kalimna web dashboard and provides a streamlined view of calls, campaigns, lead activity and assistant performance—accessible from any smartphone or tablet.
Built around the working habits of Gulf-based businesses, the app offers an overview of active campaigns, call histories, captured leads, and assistant assignments. Users can track inbound and outbound calls, review outcomes, monitor lead generation and manage campaign performance, all through an intuitive mobile interface.
Security remains a key focus. Access is controlled through per-account API keys created via the Kalimna dashboard, with full HTTPS encryption and no collection of advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking. The app is now available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, supporting customers across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
