Orange Group has renewed its commitment to corporate social responsibility by launching an enhanced version of its Engage for Change program and platform, designed to empower employees to actively participate in community and volunteering initiatives. The updated platform provides digital tools that simplify access to social impact opportunities and strengthen employee engagement across the Group’s operations.
The initiative reflects Orange’s vision of transforming employee involvement into a driver of positive societal impact, built on teamwork, shared responsibility, and ethical conduct. Through Engage for Change, employees across Orange’s global footprint can exchange expertise, share experiences, and highlight real-world initiatives that deliver measurable community benefits.
A key feature of the program allows employees to dedicate up to three paid working days per year to corporate responsibility activities linked to Orange projects. This policy reinforces the role of employees as active partners in delivering sustainable impact while fostering a strong culture of belonging and collaboration.
The platform also serves as a unified digital space connecting employees across countries, showcasing volunteering opportunities, Orange Foundation programs, and initiatives run through Orange Digital Centers. The launch comes amid increasing environmental and social challenges, with Orange emphasizing that employee empowerment and community engagement are central to building long-term, meaningful impact.
