eYouth Expands to Iraq, Launches First Arabic-Language Digital Learning Platform

eYouth, the Egyptian-founded edtech company and one of the Middle East and Africa’s leading digital learning platforms, has announced its expansion into Iraq with the launch of eYouth Iraq and the country’s first Arabic-language digital learning platform dedicated to labor market–aligned skills development.

The expansion is being delivered through a strategic partnership with Al-Majal Group, one of Iraq’s leading private sector conglomerates. Founded in Egypt in 2016, eYouth has grown into a regional edtech leader, expanding across markets such as Saudi Arabia and the UAE and reaching more than 4 million learners in 21 countries.

The initiative is designed to strengthen workforce readiness in Iraq by offering high-quality training programs aligned with key economic sectors and the evolving demands of the local labor market. The platform will focus on high-demand skills across priority industries, supporting Iraqi youth, fresh graduates, and professionals seeking to upskill and remain competitive.

Through the partnership, eYouth brings its experience in digital learning, workforce training, and professional development, while Al-Majal Group contributes deep market knowledge and strong private-sector networks. eYouth Iraq will also work closely with government entities, ministries, and public institutions, as well as employers, to ensure training programs align with national development priorities and real market needs.

The platform will deliver Arabic-first educational content developed in line with international quality standards, combining accessibility with global best practices in curriculum design, digital delivery, and learning outcomes. Alongside technical and professional skills, the initiative emphasizes employability, practical application, and direct alignment with employer demand.

Engineer Mustafa Abd Ellatif, Co-Founder and CEO of eYouth, said the move represents a strategic step toward building a sustainable talent ecosystem in Iraq, connecting education directly to labor market needs and empowering young people with practical, future-ready skills.

Ali Agha Jaffar, Chairman and CEO of Al-Majal Group, said developing human capital is central to Iraq’s long-term growth and economic resilience, adding that the partnership reflects a commitment to accessible, high-quality education that responds to employer needs.

The platform is expected to roll out in phases throughout 2026, expanding across multiple sectors and regions within Iraq.
