He highlighted that Egypt boasts a large pool of young, skilled professionals across various modern digital technologies, making it an attractive location for foreign investment. The government is keen on encouraging international companies to establish outsourcing centers in Egypt, thereby creating high-value jobs for youth, boosting digital exports, and supporting efforts to build a knowledge-based economy.
Talaat noted that Egypt’s digital exports continue to rise, reaching approximately $6.2 billion in 2023.
Ahmed El Zaher, CEO of ITIDA, commended the establishment of the Deloitte Innovation Hub, asserting that it will create new, distinguished job opportunities for Egyptian youth, enhance the digital economy, and solidify Egypt’s position in the global outsourcing market. He added that the hub will foster an environment conducive to innovation, developing modern, specialized, and valuable tech solutions to meet global market demands, ultimately increasing Egypt’s IT service exports.

He noted that the hub will focus on developing Egyptian talent and enhancing their exposure to global markets, thereby amplifying Deloitte’s positive impact in Egypt and delivering added value to clients across Europe and the Middle East.
The center plans to continue its growth by expanding the range of services offered to meet the diverse needs of clients from Europe and the Middle East. Services will include artificial intelligence, data analytics, marketing and commerce, cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise resource planning. This expansion will further strengthen the hub’s positive influence on the Egyptian market, benefiting a broad array of sectors and businesses.
