INTRO Technology Partners with SWDC to Advance Egypt’s Digital Infrastructure

INTRO Technology has entered into a strategic partnership with Sterling and Wilson Data Center (SWDC) by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the Kemet Data Center project, located in the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE). Under this agreement, SWDC will act as the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor, responsible for design, planning, budgeting, and timeline management.

This collaboration is pivotal for enhancing Egypt’s digital infrastructure and establishing the country as a leader in the data center and cloud services sector within the Middle East and Africa. The Kemet Data Center is set to meet the increasing demand for cloud services, the Internet of Things (IoT), and digital transformation, providing secure and scalable data storage solutions.

Hatem Suliman, Vice Chairman and Group CEO of INTRO Holding, and Prasanna Sarambale, CEO of SWDC, expressed their excitement for the partnership, highlighting their commitment to adhering to international standards and aligning with Egypt’s Vision 2030. This collaboration merges INTRO Technology’s technological expertise with SWDC’s extensive experience in constructing high-quality data centers.
