Huawei has launched AI initiatives to support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, focusing on digital transformation and economic diversification. At the Huawei Cloud Summit in Riyadh, the company highlighted its advanced AI technologies and noted a tenfold increase in public cloud revenue in Saudi Arabia in 2023.
Saudi Arabia has launched the Digital Future Readiness Program, aiming to train 7,000 residents in generative AI. Led by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and Noon Education, the initiative seeks to strengthen the nation’s AI talent pool, supporting Saudi Arabia’s goal of becoming a global leader in AI innovation and education.
