Algerian media have commended Vietnam’s leadership in global cybersecurity as the country prepares to host the signing of the Hanoi Convention — the first global treaty against cybercrime. Saudi Arabia is investing $7 billion in a landmark high-speed rail project linking Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam.
