The Children’s Paralympic Games in Azerbaijan brought together 130 young athletes competing across eight para-sports disciplines. Supported by Azercell, the event promotes inclusive sports, physical development, and social integration for children with disabilities, while helping identify and nurture the country’s next generation of Paralympic athletes.
Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Finance delegation visited the UAE to advance a financial cooperation agreement and explore the adoption of digital financial solutions. The UAE Ministry of Finance showcased global best practices in data-driven public finance management, digital tax systems, PPP models, treasury and contracting platforms, and electronic financial controls. Azerbaijan aims to apply these tools to modernize its public finance operations.

With Morocco’s strong automotive and aviation sectors and Azerbaijan’s oil and gas potential, joint investments and experience-sharing will help build a skilled workforce and future-ready labor systems.
Iran and Azerbaijan signed a strategic ICT agreement to enhance cooperation in communication infrastructure, including data transit and submarine cable development. The deal positions Iran as a digital hub, strengthening connectivity between Asia and Europe. Both countries will invest in infrastructure to boost North-South and East-West communication corridors.
