Bahrain’s Housing Ministry saw increased use of its digital services in 2024, with over 260,000 website visits and thousands of online requests processed. The introduction of 12 new electronic services and a remote customer service platform reflects the country’s commitment to advancing digital transformation and improving citizen service delivery.
