Nepal Police, with the help of internet and telecom providers, have been identifying cyber scam centers based on abnormal network usage. However, experts urge the government to increase police technical capacity, as reliance on service providers alone is not sufficient to tackle the growing issue, especially outside the Kathmandu valley.
