The Digital Cooperation Organisation (DCO) launched its AI-REAL Toolkit at the G20 Digital Economy Ministers’ Meeting, providing governments with a framework to move from AI readiness to adoption. Covering five pillars and 39 KPIs, the toolkit supports responsible, inclusive, and sustainable AI growth across its 16 member states and beyond.
Bahrain has rolled out WE-Elevate, a DCO program to empower female-led MSMEs with digital, financial, and entrepreneurial skills. By combining training, mentorship, and e-commerce tools, the initiative helps firms scale globally, close gender gaps in digital leadership, and contribute to inclusive economic growth across DCO Member States.
The DCO convened its first High-level Dialogue at the UNGA, adopting a joint statement to strengthen multilateral digital cooperation. Member States pledged to overcome fragmentation, promote inclusion, and align efforts through shared principles, positioning the DCO as a global catalyst for sustainable digital transformation.
Deemah AlYahya, Secretary-General of the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO), highlighted Pakistan’s upcoming presidency of the DCO in 2026 as part of its strategy to become a global digital leader.
