Morocco has launched a pilot of its “E-Gov Wallet” in the Rabat–Salé–Kénitra region to test a secure digital platform for public services. The initiative supports phased e-government reform, aiming to modernize administration, build citizen trust, and strengthen digital sovereignty before nationwide rollout.
