First.tech and ELM have signed an MoU to drive digital interoperability between the UAE and Saudi Arabia, focusing on secure data exchange, joint insurtech and govtech initiatives, and integrated public–private sector services. The partnership aims to streamline cross-border processes, improve access to digital services, support national transformation agendas, and enhance regional cooperation in the digital economy.
