The Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology (MTCIT) in Oman has signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS) to promote digital transformation. Together, they will launch a Master of Science program in Digital Transformation and Innovation, aimed at equipping future leaders with essential skills.
Morocco has relaunched the e-TAMKEEN program on Academia Raqmya to train more civil servants and professionals in digital skills. The program, running from 2018 to 2023, has already trained 6,800 participants, supporting Morocco’s national digital strategy, Maroc Digital 2030.
