Jordan’s Mobile Phone Imports Drop 21% Amid Weaker Consumer Demand
Jordan’s mobile phone imports fell by 21% in value and 19% in volume during the first nine months of 2025, signaling weaker consumer purchasing power and reduced telecom market activity. According to the Jordan Customs Department, 1.34 million devices worth JD123 million were imported, down from 1.7 million worth JD143 million in 2024.
