Presight and Khazna have signed an MoU to deploy an AI-powered facility management platform across 30 UAE data centres. The system will enhance efficiency, predict maintenance needs, and integrate with G42’s Intelligence Grid, positioning the UAE at the forefront of autonomous data centre innovation.
Khazna Data Centres plans to add over 1GW of capacity globally, expanding into Saudi Arabia, Italy, and the UAE. Backed by a $2.62bn financing facility, the projects will deliver AI-ready, LEED Gold-certified data centres that combine scalability, sustainability, and innovation for next-gen digital economies.
Khazna Data Centres, part of the UAE-based G42, is set to build an AI-capable data centre in Ankara, Turkey, with a potential capacity of 100MW. Designed for cloud and AI workloads, the facility will incorporate sustainable features like solar panels and energy-efficient systems, with plans for expansion and continued investment in Turkey.
