e& has launched the “Nukhbat Al Wattan” program, offering Emirati males who have recently graduated from high school the opportunity to gain work experience and develop skills while awaiting their mandatory national service call-up. The six-month program provides valuable work experience, skill-building, and monthly remuneration equal to the national service allowance.
