Zain Jordan has won the 2025 Global Economics Award for Best Digital Transformation Initiative for its Agentic AI program. The initiative improved efficiency, cut processing time by 80%, boosted satisfaction to 95%, and saved over 1,000 work hours. The award reinforces Zain’s leadership in AI-driven telecom innovation and Jordan’s growing digital ecosystem.
Zain Jordan has extended its 5G network to Irbid, covering 60% of the governorate, including Irbid city, Bani Ubaid, and Ramtha. The rollout enhances high-speed connectivity for households and businesses, supports digital innovation across sectors, and reinforces Zain’s role in driving Jordan’s digital transformation.

Zain Jordan’s ZINC, in partnership with Nokia and Al-Balqa Applied University, has launched an AI Bootcamp for 70 participants selected from 450 applicants. The five-day program provides training, mentorship, and AI tools to help teams develop at least 20 viable products, strengthening Jordan’s innovation ecosystem.
Zain Jordan, through ZINC, has partnered with Bab Plus, granting JOD 10,000 and one year of full support to accelerate the startup’s growth. The initiative is part of Zain Al Mubadara 2025, which provides JOD 75,000 in grants and has supported over 250 startups to date.
